Vedanta College proudly observed International Poverty Eradication Day on 17th October 2025 in the college lobby. The event aimed to spread awareness about global poverty and highlight the role of youth in driving meaningful social change. Students were encouraged to understand the challenges faced by underprivileged communities and explore ways in which they can contribute to building a more inclusive society. The programme began at 9:30 A.M. and featured informative posters, awareness activities, and reflective discussions that helped students gain deeper insights into poverty-related issues at local and global levels. The initiative also emphasized the importance of compassion, responsibility, and collective action.
