The Bhajan Sandhya Programme was organized on 1st October 2025 by the National Service Scheme (NSS) Unit of the University of Mumbai at the Gateway of India, Mumbai, to commemorate the birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and observe the International Day of Non-Violence. The event aimed to spread the values of peace, unity, and non-violence through devotional songs, collective prayer, and cultural harmony. A total of 14 volunteers from our NSS Unit actively participated in this national-level programme, representing our college with dedication and enthusiasm. The event was successfully conducted with the support of our Principal, Dr. Prashant M. Shinde, and under the guidance of the NSS Committee Head, ensuring smooth coordination and meaningful involvement of all volunteers. Objectives of the Programme: To pay tribute to Mahatma Gandhi and his lifelong message of truth and non-violence. To inspire NSS volunteers to embrace Gandhian values in their daily life and social activities. To promote peace and harmony through devotional and cultural expressions.
