The NSS Unit of Vedanta College observed Black Day on 26th November 2025 in the College Lobby to honor the brave martyrs of the 26/11 Mumbai attack. The event aimed to remind students of the sacrifices made by security personnel and to promote national responsibility, unity, and respect. A total of 65 NSS volunteers (20 boys and 45 girls) actively participated, along with 110 beneficiaries. Volunteers and teachers assembled in silence as NSS Leader Harshit Chavaria delivered a speech on the events of 26/11, followed by a heartfelt message from an FY NSS volunteer. Programme Officer Ms. Mansi Dixit, guest Mr. Pranav Desai, and teachers lit candles in remembrance of the victims and heroes. The gathering concluded with two minutes of silence, reflecting gratitude for the courage and service of the nation’s protectors..
