The NSS Volunteers of Vedanta College participated in the District Level Unity March (Padyatra) on 23rd November 2025, organized by B.K. Birla College in collaboration with the Kalyan District Administration. The march was held from B.K. Birla College to Durgadi Fort, with 12 volunteers (8 boys and 4 girls) and 1200 beneficiaries joining the initiative. The event was conducted to commemorate Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel’s 150th Birth Anniversary and aimed to promote unity, patriotism, and national integration among students. Volunteers maintained discipline, participated in group activities, and interacted with students from various colleges. The programme began with a Lezim performance and a skit highlighting national unity. After motivational speeches by the Principal of Birla College and Programme Officer Mr. Niraj Mishra, the Padyatra commenced. Upon reaching Durgadi Fort, another skit was performed, followed by refreshments for all participants. The Unity March successfully encouraged teamwork, leadership, and a strong sense of national pride among the volunteers..
