Vedanta College successfully celebrated Library Week with a series of engaging and intellectually stimulating activities organized by the Library Committee. The initiative aimed to encourage reading habits, promote literary skills, and create awareness about the importance of libraries among students. The week-long celebrations featured a variety of competitions designed to spark curiosity and creativity. On 26th November, a Library Quiz was conducted, testing students’ knowledge and familiarity with books, authors, and library resources. This was followed by an exciting Scavenger Hunt on 27th November, which encouraged teamwork and exploration within the library environment. The celebrations concluded on 28th November with an Essay and Poetry Competition, providing students with a platform to express their thoughts, creativity, and love for reading. For the Essay and Poetry Competition, students were given a range of topics related to libraries, books, and reading habits, allowing them to freely express their ideas and literary talent. The enthusiastic participation from students made the celebrations lively and meaningful.
