Jai Hind The NSS Unit of Vedanta College celebrated Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Jayanti with great enthusiasm and patriotic spirit on 18th and 20th February 2026. On this occasion, a District Level Poster Making Competition was organized on 18th February from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM in the College Library. Along with this, a Killa (Fort) Making Competition was also conducted to highlight the architectural vision, bravery, and historical legacy of Shivaji Maharaj. Students from various colleges across the district actively participated in these competitions and showcased their creativity, artistic skills, and deep respect for the great Maratha leader. The event witnessed vibrant posters, detailed fort models, and enthusiastic involvement from all participants, making it a grand success. The celebration aimed to inspire youth by remembering the values of courage, leadership, and Swarajya upheld by Shivaji Maharaj.
